Shipping Policy
At The Golden Pony, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the information below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
Order Processing TimesOrders placed Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on public holidays will be shipped within 2–4 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier schedules, and public holidays.
Canada-Wide ShippingShipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, or DHL.
All shipments include full tracking and $100 insurance coverage as standard.
International ShippingWe offer international shipping with rates calculated at checkout. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or DHL.
Delivery typically takes 3–15 business days depending on your location and carrier schedule. Additional delays may occur due to customs or public holidays.
Customs & DutiesThe Golden Pony is legally required to declare the full value of each order on customs forms. We cannot undervalue shipments.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their local authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unpaid duties, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen PackagesIn the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at hello@thegoldenpony.ca and also file a claim directly with the carrier.
We will assist with the investigation on our end. However, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, we may not be able to offer an exact replacement.
If we are unable to replace the item, a store credit will be issued. Please note that we do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages.
Custom OrdersPlease allow the following timeframes for production:
- Custom Polo Award Charcuterie Boards: Approximately 3 weeks
- Custom Jewelry: Approximately 2 weeks
